Got the photography skills to be part of a gallery exhibition? With the extended lockdowns due to the pandemic, the RGI would like to help everyone get outdoors and celebrate Scotland’s Year of Coasts and Waterways. Do you have a favourite spot or location in Scotland which you would like to photograph? It could be a beach, canal or your favourite spot in the centre of a city near a river. We want to see what inspires you during these strange times!
The RGI Kelly Gallery is happy to announce a new Open Call for young adults aged (15-20 years old) for 2021. The winners will be selected to be showcased in a physical exhibition at The Kelly Gallery, 118 Douglas Street in September 2021 (all dependent on Covid-19 restrictions). All selected works will also be put onto our social media platforms and online shop.
Any questions please get in touch with Karen at theroyalglasgowinstitute@gmail.com. Please keep checking our Instagram (@rgiglasgow) and our Twitter account (@RGIArt) to keep up to date with the developments for 2020.
