Born 1941 Cambuslang. Studied at St Martins School of Art 1965-69. Lives in Cardiff. Taught at various Art Schools until 1978 since then as a full time painter. Exhibited over many years in galleries in Europe and United States and in UK in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff, and other cities. Current work can be seen at Arteries Gallery Glasgow. In private, corporate and public collections worldwide including Tate Gallery London, Metropolitan Museum New York, European Parliament Collection Brussels, National Portrait Gallery, Canada, Fitzwilliam Museum Cambridge, and others.
