2007 Awards Presentation Dinner, National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh, 21 June 2007

Many congratulations to Anna King from the Borders who was presented with a cheque for £20,000 – the top prize of the inaugural Jolomo Lloyds TSB Scotland Awards. Three other lady artists, Helen Glassford, Rebecca Firth and Ingrid Fraser also won prizes.The annual prize was established by John Lowrie Morrison who was born and brought up in Glasgow, a graduate of The Glasgow School of Art, to encourage Scottish Landscape painting through his Jolomo Foundation. He lives and works in Argyll. The RGI again congratulates him for this generous and inspiring award and for the successful completion of its first year.
